A time-honored tradition for the Spaghetti Factory is to provide all of its employees with a large amount of coupons. These workers are treated to frequent discounts and deal through the company and get them on almost a daily basis. These coupons range from a few dollars off a meal, to an entire meal for free. They do this as a thank you for the hard work the employees put in during their shifts. If they notice a worker going above and beyond or working extra hard, they give them these coupons so that they may enjoy a meal with their friend or family member.
